Not only did I have the pleasure of designing the stationery for Rachael and Mark's special day, they also enlisted lucy loves... to help on the day, to style their beautiful reception venue Cripps Barn in Bibury.
They chose a sage green and cream colour scheme with lots of lace and vintage details which complimented the barn perfectly. In keeping with the setting they chose a English Country and rustic theme with bunting (including a bunting style table plan), wicker hearts, jam jars and logs holding tea lights, luggage tags detailed with lace for name places, a family wedding table and chair covers with sage sashes. I gorgeous flowers, especially the top table centrepiece, completed the room perfectly.
I hung, tied, placed, propped, draped and styled and thoroughly enjoyed every part of transforming the venue. I loved all the detail Rachael and Mark came up with, especially the French Fancy wedding favours as their new name is Mr & Mrs Kipling!
Congratulations Rachael & Mark, thank you for letting me be part of your special and very beautiful day. It was exceedingly good!
